Modifications

We understand that your plans may change. For any activity modification, please follow the steps below:

  • Deadline: The modification request must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity date.

Refunds

If you need to cancel one or more activities, please follow the steps below:

  • Notification: Send us a message via WhatsApp 📱+77

  • Validation in the agency: Visit our agency with your booking ticket to validate the request.

​

Refunds will be processed according to the following conditions:

​

  • 48 hours before the scheduled date: 100% refund.

  • 24 hours before the scheduled date: 50% refund.

  • Less than 24 hours before or in case of no-show at the activity: No refund or rescheduling possible.

General Conditions

  • Booking confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed by full payment before the activity date.

  • Insurance: It is recommended to purchase travel insurance to cover any eventualities during your stay.

  • Liability: Sénégal Dream is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the activities. Participants must adhere to all safety instructions provided by guides and operators.

  • Force majeure: In the event of force majeure (extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, etc.), we reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel activities without notice. In such cases, we will do our best to offer appropriate alternatives or refunds.
